It was the Summer of 2016 and we had had just launched our new book Winning Well: A Manager’s Guide to Getting Results—Without Losing Your Soul. We were talking to our good friend Scott Friedman about the important work they were doing at Together We Can Change the World, and were particularly inspired about the work they were doing to provide clean water to the villages of Cambodia.Winning Well Book Launch

And we looked at each other and knew instantly what we needed to do next.

“Winning WELLS! We can help by building clean water wells in honor of our clients who book leadership development programs or keynote speeches. And so, the Let’s Grow Leaders Winning Wells initiative began.

So today, on World Water Day 2021, as the world celebrates clean water and raises awareness of the global water crisis, we pause to celebrate our first 100 plus wells and thank our amazing clients for making this work possible.
