Product Usage and Integration
How do I use SynergyStack™ with my remote or hybrid teams?
Using your SynergyStack™ decks is a great way to create a shared physical experience and further connect your remote and hybrid teams.
To get the most from the experience, we recommend sending one deck to each location and then add a deck for every four people. (So a single person gets a deck. That team of 8 people in your remote office would get at least two decks).
Facilitate the activities as normal. When it comes time for people to share the cards they’ve chosen, ask them to physically hold the card up to the camera and read it. For activities that call for a whiteboard or poster, you can use remote meeting tools like digital whiteboards, collaboration apps, or a shared screen document to record everyone’s thoughts.
