24:12

Why it’s so important to know the right questions to ask, what the wrong kind of questions are and what are more effective questions?

24:53

Discipline is a byproduct of having the right structure in place for yourself.  When you have the right structure in place, discipline happens as a result of the structure. When you have the right structure in place for yourself, all you have to do is follow it and follow the system you have in place.

25:34

When we talk about coaches, trainers, or any kind of expert who offers insight, that’s the reason that this industry exists. Because we help people ask questions that they haven’t even been thinking about asking.

26:29

Two of the greatest determinations of human behavior are the people around us and our environment. We have to look at what we pre-program ourselves to do with the people around us and the way that our environment is constructed. That’s the structure that we operate within and our discipline is a byproduct of that.

28:42

We are in a collaboration economy and there’s so much opportunity and collaboration available, but unfortunately, there are a lot of people out here who have this mentality of the competition economy mentality and being the lone wolf.

35:56

The human brain is the most powerful tool known to man. Unfortunately, we don’t use it to as fullest capabilities simply because we are not aware of what it’s capable of doing. And then we also lack structure to support its capabilities.

36:20

What are the questions we need to ask ourselves to engage in mental conditioning?

39:22

You have to unlearn and un-condition yourself from the nonsense and recondition yourself to the good stuff. That’s where things change.

46:40

Separate the professionals from the amateurs through the decision that you make. Every professional has times when they don’t feel like doing the work. The question is not whether that’s gonna happen. The question is, do you have the discipline, and the structure set up, to do the work anyway or do you not?
