Train-the-Trainer Certification is the most cost-effective way for organizations looking to train large groups of managers.
We will work with you to select the Let’s Grow Leaders Learning System elements that best fit your organization. Your internal trainers will have the competence and confidence to deliver a state-of-the-art leadership training program for your team.
Licensing: certified trainers have access to the online vault of training resources and can purchase Let’s Grow Leaders Playbooks and card decks at a bulk discount.
DURING YOUR TRAINING, YOU WILL:
- Gain a mastery-level understanding for the Let’s Grow Leaders learning system, including the Winning Well model, processes and tools
- Learn to select and sequence modules to create the most sustained behavior change for your targeted audience
- Understand the importance of action-learning assignments and application and learn how to pick the best assignments to reinforce specific behaviors
- Prepare engaging personal stories and examples to personalize your training and reinforce key messages
- Learn advanced secrets to classroom management to keep the energy high and participants engaged
- Practice facilitation and presentation skills and receive in-depth feedback to take your platform skills to the next level
TRAIN-THE-TRAINER CERTIFICATION INCLUDES:
- Customized in-person T3 (train the trainer training) directly with Karin and/or David (number of days determined by the content being certified)
