A Courageous Cultures Team Innovation Challenge is a fast and fun way to reinforce your strategic initiatives and empower critical thinking in your team.  Think “Shark Tank”, only friendlier.
 
Your team will collaborate in a friendly team competition to apply our Courageous Cultures tools and techniques to your strategic business challenges. We will start by giving your team a foundation of our strategic leadership and team innovation research,  processes, and tools. Next, your employees will work in a friendly team competition to identify and vet a great idea. Then, your teams will pitch their ideas to friendly senior leadership “judges” in rounds, who will offer feedback and select the best ideas to move forward.
 
The team innovation challenge is perfect for your all-hands kick-offs and end-of-year meetings, or strategic retreats. It’s also the perfect capstone to our live online leadership program.
